DOT Stand Alone Program

As a business owner you can have your DOT employees in your own pool.  This will guarantee you will get at least 50% of your DOT drivers tested in this plan year.  This program requires an annual fee and you will be billed for tests as they occur.  You will receive email quarterly with listings of your required drivers to be tested.  Upon choosing this product, you will be contacted by our sales staff who will then walk you through pricing as well as get you a proposal and Agreement.
